Job summary

Community Dental Partners in Granbury, TX is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist during treatments and manage back-office operations. You will mentor staff and drive efficiency while guiding team members through patient care.

The role requires 4-5+ years of experience, a TX RDA license, and proficiency with digital X-rays and charting. Salary is $20–$23/hour, with full-time schedule available at one Granbury location.

Qualifications

• Texas RDA license required.
• 4-5+ years dental assisting experience.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications preferred (if 2+ years, courses provided).
• RCT, Cord Packing, Denture adjustments, and Crown Seat experience.
• Proficient in digital x-rays and digital charting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and verify codes.
• Capture quality x-ray images.
• Assist dentists with treatment procedures.
• Mentor and train teammates; support back-office flow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
