Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to support the Dentist during treatments, exams, and discussions with patients. The position will oversee back-office flow, mentor team members, and drive efficiency across the practice in Granbury, TX.

The Lead RDA will manage digital charting, x-ray quality, and room readiness while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high patient care standards. This role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant Licensing must be current.
• 4-5+ years of Dental Assisting experience required.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications preferred (if 2+ years of experience, courses provided).
• RCT, Cord Packing, Denture Adjustments, and Crown Seat experience.
• Experience training team members and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting, and verify codes with precision.
• Capture quality x-ray images.
• Assist dentists with a variety of treatment procedures.
• Support RCTs, Cord Packing, Crown Seat, and denture adjustments as needed.
• Familiar with sedation treatments, post-care, and monitoring; training provided.
• Delegate and support setting up and sterilizing rooms.
• Discuss treatment options and follow-up care with patients.
