Job summary

Prime Dental Garland is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Garland. You will support a wide range of procedures, manage chairside activities, and ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout.

We value patient care, teamwork, and a professional, dependable attitude. Texas RDA license is required with at least 2 years of RDA experience; radiology certification is preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Texas RDA license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting.
• Radiology certification preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during general dentistry procedures (composites, extractions, crown preparations).
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories between patients.
• Take and process digital X-rays accurately and efficiently.
• Create a warm, comfortable experience for every patient from check-in to checkout.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the practice management system.
• Collaborate with front office to support smooth patient flow.
• Uphold OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards.
