Job summary

DentalArts of Frisco is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our skilled team. You will support the dentist in clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring patient comfort and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a CDA/RDA certification (EFDA or Radiology a plus) and 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience, with familiarity of Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred. Team-oriented and detail-focused candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or RDA) is required.
• EFDA or Radiology Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with practice management software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and comfort during treatments and check-ups.
• Assist with dental procedures using 4-handed dentistry.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure safety per regulations.
• Assist with lab tasks and post-operative patient care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Schedule patient appointments and support front desk operations.
• Perform non-surgical regulated tasks as allowed by local regulations.
