Job summary

Flower Mound Family Dentistry in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an experienced Lead RDA to join our modern practice. You will combine strong chairside skills with organization to help a clinical team run smoothly in a busy dentistry environment.

We offer implants, Invisalign, cosmetic/restorative care, and sedation dentistry, with opportunities for growth and continued education. Competitive hourly pay up to $25 with bonus and robust benefits such as 401(k), PTO, and life & disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA license.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong restorative and chairside skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to lead a team.
• Excellent patient and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide four-handed chairside support.
• Lead daily clinical workflows and assist the team.
• Take diagnostic X-rays and maintain accurate charts.
• Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations.

• Manage clinical inventory and ordering.
