Abilene Dental Care & Orthodontics is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Abilene. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent chairside manner, and outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure positive patient experiences.

Compensation is $20 per hour for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Valid RDA license as required by the state.
• Prior hands-on dental experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
