Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is actively hiring for lead regional field technicians to oversee field teams across multiple customer locations. The role focuses on site surveys, hands-on deployments, and coordinating concurrent projects.

You will serve as onsite lead for technicians, perform rack & stack, structured cabling, and fiber installs, and ensure post-install QA checks. Opportunities exist for both lead and technician levels in a fast‑growing telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in network implementation or infrastructure deployment.
• Leadership experience for lead-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling & fiber types.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS / JunOS CLI.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Certifications such as BICSI, Network+, CCENT are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite lead for field technicians and subcontractors.
• Conduct site surveys and support infrastructure deployments.
• Perform rack & stack, structured cabling, fiber installs, and hardware setup.
• Execute DOA/Green Light testing and post-install QA checks.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent field projects.
• Provide console access for remote engineering support.
