Responsibilities

Ensure refurbishment projects meet quality, safety, and customer standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop shop personnel, fostering accountability and teamwork.
Coordinate with sales, leadership, and parts to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.
Maintain shop efficiency by identifying process improvements and reducing downtime.
Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
