Job summary

The Doe Run Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise respective crew to achieve production, safety, and environmental goals at the BRRD in Boss, MO. This 10-hour day shift role oversees operations and ensures compliance.

You will coach crews, manage work orders, oversee equipment, and maintain EHS standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within a leading lead recycling facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations or manufacturing.
• Prior supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, respectful atmosphere among crew, fostering a team environment and open communication.
• Observe production and assigned areas to assure production is progressing; attend meetings to stay informed.
• Review and prioritize work orders and assign work to crewmembers based on skills and priorities.
• Supervise, coach, and ensure safe and environmentally compliant work area; ensure tools and PPE are used.
• Handle requisitions for parts and complete time sheets, production reports, and paperwork.
• Monitor and inspect equipment; schedule preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain EHS compliance; address unsafe acts and incidents; drive continuous EHS improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
