For our client, we are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead executive search efforts for senior-level talent, partnering closely with executive leadership and HR to identify and engage high-impact candidates. The position combines market intelligence, relationship building, and consultative advising to help shape leadership hiring outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive presence, deep sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage a premium candidate experience from first contact through offer. This is a highly visible role with meaningful influence on talent strategy and organizational growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
