City of Cheyenne is seeking a Recreation Gymnastics Program Coordinator to plan, direct, and supervise recreational gymnastics classes for varying ability levels at the Cheyenne Gymnastics Facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 3+ years of gymnastics experience, and multiple USA Gymnastics certifications. You will ensure safety, organize events, and coordinate staff to deliver high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years gymnastics experience.
• First-Aid and CPR certification.
• Concussion training completed.
• USA Gymnastics Recreational Coach Membership.
• USA Gymnastics Safety and Risk Management Certification.
• USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certification.
• USA Gymnastics Tough Coaching or Emotional Abuse Certification.
• USA Gymnastics Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, lead and/or instruct gymnastics programs for the City of Cheyenne.
• Coordinate and schedule all recreational programs within the Cheyenne Gymnastics Facility.
• Ensure participant safety and maintain accident/incident reports.
• Assist in staff training and coach selection; supervise and develop staff.
• Engage prospective families through tours and community events to drive enrollments.
• Develop curriculum and daily activity schedules with appropriate supervision.
