Job summary

National Park Service in Arches National Park seeks a Supervisory Recreation Fee Specialist to oversee the fee collection program and lead a team of technicians and volunteers. The position is based in Moab, Utah, within the Interpretation, Education, and Visitor Services division.

The incumbent will manage daily operations, ensure adherence to RM-22 concepts, and analyze visitor use trends to improve efficiency and customer service. On-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

• Recruit and develop subordinate staff and volunteers.

• Lead and supervise recreation fee operations at Arches National Park.
• Oversee entrance stations, campgrounds, and central remit activities.
• Coordinate with staff reports and human resources during recruitment.
