Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and coach employees, volunteers, and interns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reservation issues across automated and manual systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex fee collection problems.
• Assist with fund reconciliation, verify and correct errors, and process related financial transactions.
