Job summary

Pine Tree Recovery Center LLC is seeking a Group Facilitator to plan and lead group sessions that support participants’ shared objectives. You will guide discussions, manage dynamics, and foster inclusive participation while documenting outcomes and following program goals.

Qualifications include a minimum high school diploma, two years of sobriety if applicable, and CPR certification preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a master’s in a clinical field qualifying for exemptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred, master’s often allowed if clinical field.
• Two years of continuous sobriety if recovering from SUD, or equivalent experience.
• CPR certification preferred; related field certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group sessions to meet defined goals.
• Facilitate discussions, monitor progress, and adjust approach as needed.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with team and ensure privacy and ethics per policy.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate follow-up activities.
