Job summary

Orthopedic Physicians Alaska seeks a highly skilled Receptionist Team Manager to supervise receptionists, work with clinical managers and physicians, and ensure smooth patient flow in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years office experience or educational equivalent.
• One (1) year experience in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years office experience in a clinical setting.
• One (1) year experience in a leadership role in a clinical setting.
• Associates degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assume role of receptionist on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Ensure all persons are received in a professional and courteous manner.
• Produce reports on appointment patterns/trends and recommend improvements.
• Interview, hire and lead staff, acting as a role model for established standards.
• Review and approve PTO requests, manage/input staff schedules, and address absences.
