Qualifications

• Must have direct, verifiable experience working in a rebar fabrication shop.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Strong ability to read and accurately interpret rebar tags and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rebar shears, benders, and automated equipment.
• Assist the Shop Foreman with production scheduling and quality control.
• Train junior fabricators on equipment operation and safety compliance.
