Job summary

Marquee Asset Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Rebar Foreman to lead and manage rebar fabrication and installation for multi-family and custom home projects. You will supervise crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers to maintain schedules.

The role requires strong plan-reading, team leadership, and hands-on supervision, with emphasis on timely project completion and material coordination on site in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in rebar fabrication/installation.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate with the concrete superintendent/project managers.
• Strong safety and quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of rebar fabrication and installation crew.
• Read plans, coordinate with the concrete superintendent and assign labor to meet project schedules.
• Figure out quantity, size, and shapes of reinforcing rods and determine placement.
• Tie wires around rods using pliers to fasten them together.
• Position and secure rods, cables, mesh, or rebar in concrete forms.
• Carry heavy loads, stand for long hours, bend and stoop to install rebar.
• Safely operate telehandler to support material staging.
• Perform basic math to measure and cut rebar to fit specs.
• Submit daily reports and manage daily time cards for crew.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Rebar Foreman to lead and manage all aspects of rebar work for multi-family and custom home construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising rebar crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining schedules to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of rebar fabrication and installation crew
• Ability to read plans, coordinate with concrete superintendent and assign labor to meet project schedules
• Figuring out the quantity, size, and shapes of reinforcing rods and determining where to place them
• Using pliers to tie wire around rods to fasten them together
• Positioning and securing rods, cables, mesh, or rebar in concrete forms
• The job requires carrying heavy loads and spending many hours standing, as well as bending and stooping down to install rebar
• Safely operate telehandler to support material staging
• Basic Math skills are required to measure and cut rebar to fit project specifications
• Submit daily reports and manage daily time cards for crew
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing rebar fabrication/installation is required.

Compensation:

• $70k-$80k/yr depending on experience
• Full benefits, including Annual Bonus, Vehicle allowance, 401k, Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO
