Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Python-based live risk and PnL applications.
• Partner with Rates traders to translate business needs into low-latency solutions.
• Drive decisions on architecture, design, development, and incident response.
• Design secure, high-quality production code with emphasis on performance.
• Own architecture artifacts for real-time systems meeting latency targets.
• Build monitoring and runbooks; participate in production support and incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD and environment reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Identify systemic issues and drive remediation aligned to platform goals.
