MainStreet Family Care Milledgeville laboratory is seeking a Laboratory General Supervisor to lead high-complexity testing, including real-time PCR, in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will oversee daily testing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain quality standards to support accurate patient diagnoses.

Qualified candidates have a CLIA-compliant degree or certification and at least two years of molecular lab experience; five years preferred.

Qualifications

• CLIA-compliant lab certification or degree required.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical lab experience, including PCR testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity real-time PCR testing per protocols.
• Document results and maintain QA records.
• Oversee testing staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain instrument calibration and inventory.
