Qualifications

16+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in STEM, or 14+ years with a Master's in STEM.
US citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance.
+10 years of software experience (C++, real-time embedded software, OO design).
+5 years of hardware/software integration with system architecture.
Experience with technical leadership, coaching and team management.
Experience with engineering metrics and EVMS.

Responsibilities

Lead the SDS Software Factory and implement the Integrated Functional Capability Strategy
Ensure software is delivered, tested on-time
Adhere to sound engineering processes during software lifecycle
Support Program Management Team meetings and resolve disconnects across teams
Support strategic SDS Sector initiatives and champion long-term technical objectives
