Job description

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Real Estate Counsel to join its St. Louis office. This is a confidential opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney with 6–10 years of relevant experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will advise developers, investors, and lenders on high-value real estate transactions across all asset classes. This includes acquisition, financing, development, leasing, joint ventures, and dispositions. The role will also involve handling construction loans, term loans, land use, zoning, and development-related matters.
