Knife River Corporation is looking for a dedicated individual to operate a concrete plant in Elk River, MN. The role involves overseeing the batching of concrete materials, ensuring high standards of safety and quality, and leading a team to achieve efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the concrete industry, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be knowledgeable about plant maintenance. Competitive benefits and pay range of $33 to $38 per hour provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years from post high school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance & operation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the concrete industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete plant and supervise plant performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of mix materials and ensure production demand.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA regulations and maintain safety culture.
