Job summary

BachnerElectroUSA is seeking a capable Level 2 Low-Voltage Technician to join the Charleston, SC team. The role requires independent completion of installation work, troubleshooting, and supporting less-experienced teammates.

Level 2 technicians build on foundational skills with broader assignments, hands-on experience, and opportunities to develop coordination and leadership for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with low-voltage installations is preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow specs.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control and cabling is desirable.
• Willingness to mentor junior technicians and lead tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and support low-voltage systems at customer sites.
• Install and troubleshoot access control, CCTV and related equipment.
• Read drawings, floor plans and install specifications accurately.
• Perform cable testing and basic certifications as required.
• Coordinate tasks with Lead Technicians and document progress.
