Job summary

We are seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist at a Smile Brands affiliated office. Monday through Friday schedule. You will prepare treatment rooms, support procedures, take X-rays, educate patients, and manage records and supplies.

CPR/BLS certification and an active RDA license with lead RDA experience preferred are required. Compensation is $25–$26 per hour with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS certification required for hire.
• RDA license required to practice.
• RDA experience is required; lead RDA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with front office tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
