Qualifications

• Active RDA/EFDA license in good standing.
• NJ radiographic certification to expose dental X-rays.
• Experience with digital scanning/imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform all clinical assisting duties per RDA/EFDA licensure.
• Prepare patients and rooms for procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
• Support doctor during procedures and contribute to treatment planning.
• Ensure accurate treatment documentation.
• Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA standards.
• Oversee lab coordination with laboratories and track lab cases.
• Maintain block scheduling templates to support production flow.
• Lead and mentor Dental Assistants and ensure daily checklists are completed.
