The role emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and collaboration with Front Office to optimize scheduling and patient experience. NJ licensure and radiography certification are required.

Qualifications

Active RDA/EFDA license in good standing.
NJ radiographic certification to expose dental X-rays.
Experience with digital scanning/imaging systems.

Responsibilities

Perform all clinical assisting duties per RDA/EFDA licensure.
Prepare patients and rooms for procedures.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
Support doctor during procedures and contribute to treatment planning.
Ensure accurate treatment documentation.
Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA standards.
Oversee lab coordination with laboratories and track lab cases.
Maintain block scheduling templates to support production flow.
Lead and mentor Dental Assistants and ensure daily checklists are completed.
