Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside assistance and support a positive patient experience.
• Anticipate provider needs and help maintain efficient clinical workflows.
• Prepare treatment rooms with instruments, materials, and equipment for each procedure.
• Ensure efficient room turnover and readiness for next appointment.
• Perform instrument processing and sterilization per infection-control protocols.
• Maintain organized, stocked operatories and support timely patient care.
• Document patient chart notes and treatment details in the PM system.
• Support KPI goals through effective patient communication and scheduling.
• Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee lab case tracking and timely delivery to support the schedule.
• Assist with clinical inventory, supplies, and operational readiness.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Maintain and improve clinical checklists, protocols, and SOPs.
• Utilize practice management software for workflows and documentation.
• Use Excel and Word to organize Treatment Planning and responsibilities.
• Support AI-assisted documentation and patient education.
