ABA Centers of America seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) in Wellesley Hills, MA. This full‑time leadership role offers growth through our ABA Academy of Excellence and supports ongoing career development. Competitive compensation reflects experience and education.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data collection and analysis.
• Aid RBTs with learners and cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as a support person for the clinic.
• Mentor RBTs and supervise training.
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures.
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments.
• Apply pivotal response treatment strategies to improve language and behavior.
• Use formal procedures to increase verbal behavior.
