ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Wayne, PA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position. The role includes supervising RBTs, coordinating clinic schedules, and ensuring timely completion of data and administrative duties.

Active BACB RBT certification and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred; 2-year degree or higher is desirable. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, with opportunities for career growth within the ABA Centers network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.

• Assist with data completion and learner support.
• Mentor RBTs and cover callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as an extra support person.
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures.
• Generalize skills in natural environments with formal methods.
