Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings.

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention implementation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold clinical standards.
• Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Mentor and support RBTs to strengthen clinical skills and confidence.
