Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a confident Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Norcross, GA to guide a team of RBTs and collaborate with BCBA supervisors. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, quality ABA service delivery, and clinical fidelity across cases.

Ideal candidates will be a current RBT in good standing, with experience in clinic, home, or school settings, and a passion for mentoring peers. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to support diverse families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring peers.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention implementation, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold the center’s clinical standards.
• Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with consistency, professionalism, and fidelity.
• Mentor and support RBTs to strengthen clinical skills and confidence.
• Provide hands on guidance, modeling, and constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment where teamwork and accountability thrive.
