Job summary

Acorn Health - Internal is looking for a Lead Registered Behavior Technician in Midlothian, Virginia. This role includes mentoring behavior technicians and providing direct therapy services. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing in the field of ABA.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring colleagues preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lift clients and manage physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with behavior technicians to discuss RBT certification and professionalism.
• Provide direct ABA therapy services as directed by supervisor.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and respond to crises.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
