Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Lead RBT to provide hands-on clinical support, mentorship, and leadership to BTs/RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services to clients. This role collaborates with the BCBA, Clinical Director, and Clinic Manager to support staff, maintain clinic operations, and help clients progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• At least 1 year of RBT experience preferred.
• Leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team members.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practices.
• Reliable, organized, and flexible in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services and maintain an assigned client caseload.
• Implement treatment plans under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing BTs/RBTs, including shadow sessions and session note reviews.
• Provide behavioral support and guidance to BTs/RBTs during client sessions.
• Ensure staff follow expectations for session notes, data collection, and treatment implementation.
• Assist with scheduling and provide session coverage as needed.
• Support the Clinical Director and Clinic Manager with daily clinic operations.
• Assist with client materials and weekly curriculum as directed.
• Participate in team and professional meetings as needed.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the clinic.
