Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking a Lead Clinic RBT to support daily ABA therapy, mentor technicians, and help run clinic programming. The role blends direct client care with leadership to ensure high-quality services for children and families.

You will coach staff, assist with BIPs, supervise data collection, and coordinate group activities while maintaining a collaborative, professional clinic environment across all operating hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Currently enrolled in BCBA coursework and accruing BACB supervised fieldwork hours is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate structured clinic activities twice daily.
• Develop, organize, and maintain classroom readiness curriculum, materials, and program binders.
• Model best practices and assist in training new and existing staff alongside the clinical leadership team.
• Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and support to technicians throughout the day.
• Assist staff in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervisor-directed interventions.
• Support a collaborative, positive, and professional clinic culture.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients as needed and cover shifts when required.
• Maintain data collection and complete clinical documentation timely.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to achieve treatment goals.
• Promote client safety in a supportive, engaging environment.
