Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a confident Lead RBT in Norcross, GA to guide a team delivering 1:1 ABA therapy. You’ll model best practices, mentor junior RBTs, and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure treatment fidelity and compassionate care.

The role blends hands-on clinical work with leadership duties, including data collection, supervising plan implementation, and promoting ethical, client-centered service. Bilingual Spanish preferred; RBT certification required; on-site schedule 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring peers.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention implementation, and data collection.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality, meaningful care.

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold the center’s clinical standards.
• Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with consistency, professionalism, and fidelity.
• Promote best practices in ABA and reinforce ethical, client-centered care in daily operations.
• Mentor and support RBTs to strengthen clinical skills and confidence.
• Provide hands on guidance, modeling, and constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment where teamwork and accountability thrive.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA to reflect each child’s unique goals.
• Ensure skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs are delivered accurately and consistently.
• Support treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and organizational standards.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data to track client progress.
• Communicate trends, barriers, and successes to the supervising BCBA to support data-driven decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement in service delivery to enhance client outcomes and team performance.
• Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding client progress and session updates.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive care.
