Job summary

Applied ABC, a mission-driven ABA organization in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a full-time Lead RBT who is bilingual in Spanish to join on-site. You will guide RBTs, collaborate with BCBAs, and ensure ethical, client-centered behavior intervention plans are delivered with fidelity.

Qualifications

• RBT certification active and in good standing.
• Experience leading or mentoring RBTs.
• Experience delivering ABA services in clinic, home, or school settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Lead and mentor RBTs and support BCBAs.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Collect and review behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Communicate progress with families and collaborate with the team.
