• Experience with raw milk receiving operations and dairy processing preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting analytical results and applying adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all raw milk receiving activities during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate unloading of milk tankers with sampling, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain FIFO inventory management of silos.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Train employees in SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and safety procedures.
