Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience leading R&D programs as PI/PM/Program Manager with ability to drive technical vision and execution.
• Familiarity with MRTFB range safety standards and RCC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: plan programs, conduct design reviews, and provide technical oversight of Range Safety solutions.
• Design and Integration: architect, prototype, and implement Range Safety solutions meeting RCC requirements and reliability targets.
• Testing and Validation: oversee system testing, performance analysis, and deliver prototypes and findings for decision-making.
• Collaboration: coordinate with government stakeholders, mission engineers, and subcontractors for seamless integration.
