Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Clayton, NC is seeking a Project Engineer (Ramp Up) for a 12-month engagement. Location: Clayton, NC 27527.

Lead operational readiness initiatives and manage readiness-to-operations for multiple client engagements, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery while collaborating with Quality, Process, and Workforce streams. The role requires strong project leadership, consulting capabilities, and experience in life sciences or ramp-up environments, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a program/project manager on life science projects ($1MM+), or 8+ years in GMP-regulated operations with 5+ years leading readiness/start-up/OE transformations.
• Black Belt or PgMP certification a plus.
• Proven multi-site or multi-client portfolio experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Project & Program Leadership to achieve Operational Readiness objectives.
• Drive readiness-to-operations lifecycle for 1-3 client engagements simultaneously.
• Serve as primary consultant for OR campaigns integrating Quality, Process, and Workforce streams.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and guide decision-making with a risk-based mindset.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams including CQV, Quality, and external contractors.
