PSC Biotech Raleigh seeks an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional operational readiness and inspection readiness in a regulated life sciences setting. You will coordinate action plans, track milestones, manage risks, and provide governance for initiatives.

The role requires coordinating complex multi-stakeholder projects, facilitating meetings, and delivering status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or related life sciences.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in regulated life sciences.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present updates to leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track readiness actions related to deviations and CAPAs.
• Facilitate action planning meetings and align stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and due dates for timely completion.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional triage sessions for operational challenges.
• Track corrective actions and closure status using project dashboards.
• Support inspection readiness with action tracking and evidence collection.
• Maintain status updates, KPIs, and leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Validation teams.
• Facilitate lessons learned and document process improvement recommendations.
• Prepare final project summaries with completed actions and next steps.
