Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Rail Superintendent to oversee heavy civil rail and track construction projects throughout Boston and the New England region. This role is responsible for managing field operations, leading crews, and maintaining project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of rail infrastructure, and the ability to travel. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 per year, with an additional per diem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of rail, track, or heavy civil construction supervision experience required.
• Strong knowledge of track installation, switches, turnouts, and rail infrastructure.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily rail construction operations including track installation.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct daily safety talks.
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and project costs.
