RadNet is seeking a Lead Radiology Technologist to provide leadership across Nassau and Suffolk County locations. The role includes coaching technologists, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards while maintaining high patient care quality.

Formación

• ARRT certification required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to maintain all required quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide feedback to Imaging Center Manager (ICM) on performance and quality of technologists.
• Coach, train, support, and motivate team members.
• Monitor performance and document during evaluation periods for ICM.
• Promote flexible staff utilization and delegate work across teams.
• Adhere to OSHA, RadNet practices and safety protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
• Support the ICM in facility initiatives and act on behalf when unavailable.
• Assist in hiring and performance evaluations of Radiology Technologists.
