Job summary

At Duly Health and Care, a Lead Radiologic Technologist is sought to guide a team across multiple locations. You will ensure quality, troubleshoot EPIC/PACS, and serve as a resource for staff technologists while supporting onboarding and ongoing training.

The role requires ARRT and IEMA licenses with CPR certification and at least two years of RT experience; base pay is market-competitive with additional incentives and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active IEMA license
• Active ARRT license
• Active Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program with an AAS or BA
• Minimum of two years' experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist

Responsibilities

• Lead Technologist: assist other Radiologic Technologists, ensure quality and handle daily situations.
• Troubleshoot EPIC and PACS issues and identify solutions.
• Operate and be knowledgeable about medical equipment; act as a resource to staff technologists.
• Assist with staff development, new employee orientation, and training; provide input to supervisor for improvements.
