Job summary

At Duly Health and Care, a Lead Radiologic Technologist is sought to guide a team across multiple locations. You will ensure quality, troubleshoot EPIC/PACS, and serve as a resource for staff technologists while supporting onboarding and ongoing training.

The role requires ARRT and IEMA licenses with CPR certification and at least two years of RT experience; base pay is market-competitive with additional incentives and a sign-on bonus.

Position Highlights

Full-Time: 40 Hours/Week Hours: Varied; Monday-Friday shifts vary from 7:00am-8:00pm. Weekends, Holidays, and travel as needed. Location: Multiple Locations

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Lead Technologist by assisting other Radiologic Technologists, ensures quality, and handling of daily situations as they arise.
• (50%) Knowledgeable of the EPIC and PACS applications in order to be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
• Effectively operates and is thoroughly knowledgeable of medical equipment in order to be a resource to staff technologists.
• Proficient at all locations within region in order to assist with staff development, new employee orientation, and training.
• Acts as a conduit between supervisor and staff technologists.
• (50%) Provides the supervisor with input regarding service improvements, staff performance, and data collection.
• Counsels the team by guiding, directing, and motivating technologists in order to assist them in achieving their maximum potential and contributions to the organization.

Qualifications

• License / Registration / Certification: Active IEMA license
• Active ARRT license
• Active Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program with an AAS or BA.
• Experience: Minimum of two years' experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
• The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $30.25-$46.00, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
• Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
• Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
