Cumulus Media in Dallas is seeking a dedicated Chief Technical Board Operator/Producer for WBAP and KLIF. The role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate with the program director and sales team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years radio experience, proficiency with broadcast equipment, and the flexibility to work weekends, nights, overnights, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years radio experience at college or smaller market level.
• Knowledge of news and current hit stories.

Responsibilities

• Operate the broadcast console to air content and ensure FCC rules are followed.
• Ensure all commercial materials air as logged.
• Edit audio and produce station segments.
• Produce mid-day and afternoon shows for WBAP.
• Podcasting and station social media management.
• Fill in on other shifts as needed.
• Help supervise board operators.
