Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Supervising Radiation Therapy professional to lead daily operations in the radiation oncology department. You will supervise staffing, scheduling, and equipment readiness while ensuring adherence to physician prescriptions and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a strong leadership background with at least four years as a Radiation Therapist, plus experience mentoring staff and coordinating workflows to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Radiation Therapy program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in health care, radiation therapy, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum four years' experience as a Radiation Therapist required.
• Leadership, supervisory, charge, preceptor, or workflow coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day radiation therapy operations, staffing, scheduling, workflow, patient flow, and equipment readiness.
• Deliver and support advanced radiation therapy treatments per physician prescriptions and protocols.
• Perform complex CT simulations, treatment setups, image-guided procedures, and emergency simulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and escalation point for staff, students, and new team members.
