Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in healthcare admin, business, nursing, radiation therapy or related field.
• At least five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Three years in oncology, radiation oncology, or ambulatory services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for all Radiation Oncology program aspects.
• Monitor performance and implement plans to reach volume, access, and quality goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, labor, and capital needs for efficiency.
• Partner with physicians and leaders to expand access and services.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective care with standards compliance.
• Lead quality, safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement efforts.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Foster a high-performing team culture and staff engagement.
• Coordinate with service line leadership to align goals and initiatives.
• Act as the primary operational liaison across radiation oncology stakeholders.
