Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana (USNI) invites a Radiation Therapist Lead to join our Radiation Oncology Center in Schererville. This leadership role oversees treatment delivery, charts, and staff coordination, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will supervise therapists, calibrate equipment, monitor treatments, and collaborate with the Chief Radiation Therapist to implement advanced techniques, while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three-year certificate in Radiation Therapy (ARRT) required.
• Graduate of AMA-accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Licensure/certifications as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Radiation Therapy team.
• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain patient flow and documentation to support quality care.
• Coordinate with Chief Radiation Therapist to implement treatment techniques.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
