Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a Lead Radiation Therapist at Phoenix Cyberknife & Arizona Radiation Therapy Specialist to oversee daily clinical operations and provide direct patient care and treatment delivery. You will act as a clinical leader, mentoring staff and ensuring safe, accurate treatments in line with physician directives and regulatory standards.

You will drive workflow optimization, staff scheduling, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary collaboration to uphold

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy [RT(T)] required.
• Current state licensure as required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment (Ethos, Bravos HDR, Siemens CT).
• Manage theranostics program.
• Perform daily machine warm-up, QA, and safety procedures.
• Verify patient setup and treatment parameters prior to delivery.
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond to needs or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and record&verify systems.
