Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing numerical algorithms for radar signal processing.
• Expertise in Python and C++ development for radar applications.
• Strong foundation in numerical methods, linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
• Experience using Linux-based environments and modern software practices (CI/CD).
• Experience with real radar data (I/Q samples, pulse‑compressed data, tracking).

Responsibilities

• Lead research and maturation of advanced radar numerical algorithms for extraction and tracking.
• Design, implement, and optimize high‑performance radar tracking algorithms in Python and C++.
• Develop and tune Kalman filtering and data‑exploitation algorithms.
• Architect and deploy end‑to‑end radar processing pipelines from I/Q to production.
• Collaborate with software, RF, and mission teams to integrate algorithms into radar systems.
• Provide technical leadership within Agile teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Support proposals and customer engagements by articulating radar approaches and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security and software quality standards.
