Job summary

LeoLabs is seeking a Radar Product Manager to drive the transportable radar product from strategy to scalable deployment. You will partner with commercial and government customers, engineers, and operations to translate missions into measurable product outcomes and revenue opportunities.

The role requires strong product thinking, experience with hardware/software data systems, and willingness to travel for customer engagements and deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with hardware/software/data or related tech.
• Experience in space, aerospace, or national-security environments preferred.
• Proven ability to own products from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Strong communication and customer-facing capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, positioning, packaging and execution for the transportable radar product.
• Understand customers, workflows, and procurement to identify opportunities and value.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to shape product requirements.
• Translate needs into actionable development work and configurations.
• Lead launches and enablement for customer-facing teams.
• Monitor metrics and adjust roadmap based on outcomes and market feedback.
• Stay aligned with stakeholders across Product, Radar Ops, and Leadership.
